Privacy policy
This policy explains how NEXTCUBE.IO SAS (Ohmycad), acting as data controller, processes the personal data collected on partners.ohmycad.com. It supplements the general Ohmycad privacy policy, which applies to all Ohmycad websites and services.
What data we collect
When you request the Business Plan through the form on this site, we collect the information you enter: name, business email address, phone number, company, country and the answers you give about your project. We also process technical data linked to your visit (pages viewed, source of the visit, browser type), subject to your cookie choices.
Why we process it
- To send you the Business Plan you requested and to answer your questions about the partner program (steps taken at your request before any contract).
- To contact you about the partner program, including a call with the Ohmycad team to review your project.
- To measure the audience of this site and the origin of requests, based on your consent for cookies.
Legal basis
Processing your request and contacting you about it relies on pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Audience measurement and marketing cookies rely on your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time through the cookie banner. Marketing communications sent afterwards rely on our legitimate interest in developing the Ohmycad partner network; you can opt out of them at any time.
Who has access to your data
Your data is used by the Ohmycad partner team. It is stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management platform used by Ohmycad, which acts as a processor. Some of HubSpot's infrastructure is located outside the European Union; transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Data linked to a Business Plan request is kept for as long as the exchange about your project is active, and for a maximum of three years after our last contact. If you become an Ohmycad partner, your data is then kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the legal retention periods that follow.
Cookies
This site uses a consent banner (Axeptio). Cookies used for audience measurement (Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager) and for HubSpot visit tracking are only set once you have accepted them. You can change your choices at any time by reopening the banner from the icon at the bottom of the page. Cookies strictly needed to display the site and to process the form do not require consent.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw your consent, and to data portability.
